Victoria State (Australia) Government German Online Languages: This website has online games for SO MANY topics, including: clothes, transportation, school items, animals, and numbers.
Storybird.com: This is a website where your students can make picture book stories online for free & share them... AND even have them printed out at the end if they want!
Swiss Deutsch als Fremdsprache: Lots of downloadable worksheets here for teachers. This is the link below to short reading comprehension stories.
Kaleidoskop: Lots of great resources here all divided by category, including stories written and submitted by users.
Nebraska Dept. of Ed. German Resources: there are lesson plans here for some famous German Children's books such as Cinderella, Brown Bear, and the Hungry Little Caterpillar. Someone from the AATG said it would be a wonderful resource for elementary school outreach.
